How to remove adherd’s access to your Meta account and delete the data we hold about you.

Remove access in Facebook

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Open Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
  3. Find adherd and click Remove.

adherd immediately loses access to your ad accounts. We delete the Meta token we stored and stop all rules for the affected ad accounts.

Disconnect in adherd

In the adherd web app open Settings → Connections and disconnect Meta. The account owner can delete the whole organization under Settings → Organization.

Ask us to delete everything

Email privacy@adherd.net from the address you use in adherd with the subject “Delete my data”. We confirm the request and delete your account, Meta data, creatives, plans and logs within 30 days, and from backups within a further 30 days. You will get a confirmation when it is done.

Ads, campaigns and creatives that adherd created in your Meta ad accounts belong to you and stay in Meta. Delete them in Ads Manager if you no longer need them.
